Hi, I am Ivy.
I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer located in Northeast Wisconsin. I have been a professional photographer since 1998, though I have been in love with photography since I was a child.
My education has been rich and continuous.
By the time I was 10, I had my first camera...a CLASSIC:
A Polaroid One Step Instant Film Camera. I was smitten. I spent every bit of my birthday or Christmas money exploring light and darkness with that camera. Eventually I invested in a 35mm Film Camera (Pentax K1000), and then I surrendered to the digital era.
I attended college at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and soon after, started by own business.
I am also an artist, graphic designer, and illustrator.
I believe that all these provide elements help me to view my photography from a heavily artistic place and pour that into what and who I photograph.
